Personal Growth
Come as you are. Leave with more than you came with—new perspective, a real connection, or the next brave step.
Gatherings in the Brainerd lakes area that move people forward, keep dollars local, and turn showing up into something that matters.
Why we gather
Iron Rose & Co. brings people together around three simple commitments—growth you can feel, local businesses you can back, and a community that gets stronger every time we gather.
Come as you are. Leave with more than you came with—new perspective, a real connection, or the next brave step.
Our events spotlight local venues, makers, and small businesses so every gathering creates momentum close to home.
Every event is built to give something back, because a full room should do more than look good—it should matter.
On the calendar
The first season is taking shape now. Ticket links will be added as dates and venues are confirmed.
A cocktail-attire networking mixer for real conversation, new connections, and the kind of room you’re glad you walked into.
A free, curated Small Business Saturday shopping experience featuring local makers and independent businesses.
A three-day women’s retreat for twelve guests—intentional, honest, and built for more than a surface-level getaway.
The flagship women’s conference. Forged. Refined. Unstoppable. A day about becoming stronger through the process.
“The room changes when the right people decide to show up.”
Iron Rose & Co. is an events and wellness community founded in the Brainerd lakes area.
The Rose is personal: it comes from founder Kaitlyn’s maiden name, Rosemore. When she was little, her dad brought home a small wild rose plant he found beside the road while traveling. As their family grew, it grew into a sprawling bush at her parents’ home—and Kaitlyn has since started a new bush at her own. The wild rose became the family’s flower: resilient, rooted, and carried forward.
Together, the name holds the strength of iron and the courage it takes to keep blooming where you’re planted. Some gatherings are designed for women; the larger community is for anyone who believes showing up together is how things change.
This is not networking for the sake of collecting names. It is a growing calendar of mixers, markets, retreats, and bigger conversations—each one built with intention and rooted in this community.
