# MASTER BUILD PROMPT — "EGG DRIVE": a perfect Eggy-Car-style physics game (25 cars)

> **How to use this file:** paste everything below the horizontal rule into your AI coding agent (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Codex, Cursor…).
> It is written to be executed in ONE pass and to produce ONE file. Nothing else is required from you.
> If the agent asks questions instead of building, reply: *"Follow the prompt exactly as written. Make all decisions yourself and state your assumptions at the end."*

## ROLE

You are a senior game programmer and physics engineer who has shipped browser physics games. You write complete, deterministic, production-quality code with zero placeholders. You are now building a finished commercial-quality game, not a prototype.

## MISSION

Build an **Eggy-Car-style 2D physics driving game** with **25 distinct vehicles**, **procedurally generated interesting terrain**, and **a control scheme that uses arrow keys only** — Left/Right are the ONLY driving inputs (brake/reverse and gas). The game must be **complete, bug-free to the standard defined in the QA section, and instantly playable** by double-clicking a single HTML file.

## DELIVERABLE

- **Exactly one file: `index.html`.**
- **Zero external dependencies.** No CDNs, no `<script src>`, no npm, no fonts, no images, no audio files. Everything (rendering, physics, sound, save data, UI) is written from scratch inside the file.
- Must run offline by double-clicking the file, AND inside a sandboxed `<iframe sandbox="allow-scripts">` with **no network access** and no `localStorage` guarantee (wrap storage in try/catch).
- Architecture: one HTML file containing `<style>`, one `<canvas>` (plus offscreen canvases for static layers), and one `<script>` organized into clearly commented sections in this order:
  `CONFIG` → `MATH/RNG` → `INPUT` → `PHYSICS` → `VEHICLES (data)` → `TERRAIN` → `EGG` → `GAME STATE` → `PROGRESSION/SAVE` → `AUDIO` → `RENDER` → `UI/SCREENS` → `SELF-TEST` → `MAIN LOOP`.
- All tunable numbers live in the `CONFIG` object (or the per-car table). No magic numbers buried in logic.
- Estimated size: 1,800–3,000 lines. Length is expected. Do not compress, do not summarize, do not emit `// ...rest of code`.

## NON-NEGOTIABLE RULES

1. **Arrow keys only for driving.** `→` = gas (throttle forward). `←` = brake, and reverse if held while stopped. No WASD, no mouse steering, no touch steering in the driving loop. Nothing else may influence the throttle or brake.
2. **Every screen must be 100% navigable with arrow keys alone** (`←/→` move selection, `↑` confirm, `↓` back). Mouse may exist as an optional convenience but must never be the only way to do anything. `Enter/Space` = same as `↑`, `Esc/P` = pause, `R` = restart, `M` = mute (these extra keys are conveniences, never requirements).
3. **The egg must never be an afterthought.** Egg physics, egg damage, egg loss, and egg recovery are first-class systems (full spec below).
4. **No external assets, no network calls, no analytics, no popups, no ads, no "install app" prompts.**
5. **No crashes, ever.** Every edge case in the QA section is a must-fix, not a nice-to-have.

# 1. CONTROLS (exact contract)

| Input | Behaviour |
|---|---|
| `→` (hold) | Throttle. Torque applied to driven wheels, ramping to peak force over 0.35 s (no instant snap). |
| `→` (tap, < 0.12 s) | Small throttle blip — useful for nudging the car forward without spinning wheels. |
| `←` (hold, moving forward) | Brake. Braking force 1.6 × peak engine force, applied to both axles. No reverse while moving forward faster than 1.5 m/s. |
| `←` (hold, stopped or reversing) | Reverse. Max reverse speed = 40% of the car's top speed. |
| `←` + `→` together | Brake wins; throttle is zeroed. Never both. |
| Both released | Coast: rolling resistance + drag only. |
| Airborne (no wheel contact) | `←`/`→` apply **pitch torque**: ±2.6 rad/s² of angular acceleration, hard-capped at ±3.0 rad/s of angular velocity. This is the only way to rotate in the air and is a core skill mechanic. |

Requirements:
- `preventDefault()` on all arrow keys so the page never scrolls or moves the caret.
- On `blur` / `visibilitychange` / `pagehide`/`beforeunload`: release ALL keys and auto-pause. A stuck throttle after alt-tab is an automatic fail.
- Handle the OS key-repeat storm without double-counting taps (track `keydown`/`keyup` state, ignore `repeat: true`).
- On-screen prompt at run start: `→ GAS ← BRAKE / REVERSE` drawn on the canvas (not DOM), fading after 4 s or first input.
- Support optional remapping in settings, but default and README behaviour is arrows only.

# 2. CORE LOOP & RULES

- Side-scrolling endless run. Camera follows the car with smooth critically-damped lerp (`stiffness 6.5, damping 1.0`) plus a 12% horizontal look-ahead in the driving direction and a dead-zone of ±1.5 m.
- Distance is measured as `maxX / PPM` metres (fixed scale: **40 px = 1 m**). Fix the scale in CONFIG and never let zoom silently change the metre.
- **Win condition:** keep the egg intact for as long as possible. **Lose condition:** the egg shatters (integrity 0), OR the egg leaves the car's cradle and touches terrain, OR the car falls below the world kill-plane (y > 400 m below the lowest terrain point of the last 200 m).
- On loss: slow-motion x0.25 for 0.9 s, shatter particle burst, "EGG CRACKED — 1,247 m" card, then options: `→` Retry · `←` Garage · `↑` Checkpoint restart (if a checkpoint was reached this run).
- Runs are **seeded**: seed = `Date.now()` at run start unless the player entered one, displayed small in the HUD corner and in the pause menu, and used verbatim for terrain generation so a seed + inputs = identical run.

# 3. PHYSICS SPEC (this is where correctness lives)

- **Fixed timestep: `dt = 1/120 s`**, accumulator loop, **max 6 sub-steps per rendered frame** (drop the remainder and log to the debug counter; never spiral). Render with interpolation `alpha = acc / dt` against previous/current transforms.
- Units are SI metres/kilograms/seconds. `PPM = 40`. Gravity `9.81 m/s²` with `gameFeel.gravityScale = 1.25` applied (documented as a feel constant, not a bug).
- **Car model:** rigid chassis body (position, velocity, angle, angular velocity, mass, inertia) + 2 wheel bodies on **raycast suspension** (not separate rigid bodies), driven through a simplified tire model:
  - Suspension: rest length 0.35 m, travel ±0.30 m, spring `k = 45,000 N/m × car.suspMult`, damper `c = 4,500 N·s/m × car.dampMult`. Clamp travel; a fully compressed spring must never apply more than 7× static load (prevents the launch-to-space bug).
  - Tire: longitudinal force = `min(throttleForce, μ · N)`, where `N` is the suspension normal load. When demand exceeds `μ · N`, the wheel **slips**: force = `μ · N · 0.85`, spawn skid marks and a squeal sound, spin the wheel visually.
  - Rolling resistance `0.015 × N`, plus quadratic air drag sized so **top speed is exact**: `k_drag = car.force / (car.topSpeed)²` and `drag = k_drag · v²` applied at the chassis. Top speed must match the car table within ±1 km/h on flat ground.
  - No wheel contact → zero longitudinal force, no division by zero (`if (N <= 0) return 0`).
  - Restitution between chassis and ground: 0.08. Anything above 0.25 makes the game feel like a trampoline — do not use it.
- **Collision:** terrain is a **height-field of terrain segments** (polylines with surface-type tags). Use **swept/continuous collision** (substep the car's movement so `step displacement ≤ 0.25 × smallest car dimension`) — at 232 km/h a car moves 0.54 m per physics tick, so un-swept collision WILL tunnel through thin ridges and is an automatic fail.
- **Stability guards (all mandatory):** clamp linear speed ≤ 120 m/s, angular velocity ≤ 25 rad/s, position to finite numbers; after every integration step, run `assertFinite()` across all bodies — if any NaN/Inf appears, restore the previous good state, log once to console, and continue (never crash, never freeze).
- Sleep rule: if a body's speed < 0.05 m/s and angular velocity < 0.05 rad/s for 0.5 s **and** it has contact, damp its velocity toward zero so nothing jitters forever on a slope.
- Stacked-solver note: this game has no rigid-body stacks, so do not import a full solver; keep the hand-rolled, deterministic integration above.

# 4. THE EGG (full spec)

- Egg body: **mass 0.065 kg**, ellipse 0.20 m wide × 0.26 m tall, collision-approximated by a circle of `r = 0.105 m` plus an **orientation angle** used for rendering and for deciding "small end up" (a small end-down egg on a hard surface takes 1.4× damage — flavour, not required to be visible).
- Egg friction 0.45, restitution 0.08, angular damping 0.5, rolling resistance 0.02. It may roll, never teleport, never clip through the car.
- **Cradle:** each car defines a concave roof cradle as 5 control points (auto-generated from `cradleDepth` and car length unless hand-authored). The egg rests in it and is held by gravity + friction. Cradle surface friction = `0.55 × car.cradleGrip` (special cars boost this). No gluing, no invisible walls, no fake stabilisers — if the egg is knocked out, it is out.
- **Damage model** (integrity starts at 100; damage is applied on impact events, computed from the impulse `J = m · Δv` resolved at contact):
  - `J < 0.020 N·s` → 0 damage (small bumps, terrain scrub — this is the "no cheap deaths" floor).
  - `0.020 ≤ J < 0.055` → 10 damage (hairline crack).
  - `0.055 ≤ J < 0.110` → 28 damage (visible crack).
  - `J ≥ 0.110` → 55 damage (deep crack + feather particles).
  - Egg touches **terrain** (not the car) at any speed > 1.2 m/s → **instant shatter**. Below 1.2 m/s → it rolls and the run survives only if the player drives under it and re-cradles it within 4 s; otherwise the run ends ("EGG ABANDONED").
  - Damage events must have a **0.12 s immunity window** so one crash cannot tick damage 6 times in 6 physics steps. Cumulative multi-tick damage without immunity is an automatic fail.
- Visual stages: 100–85 clean · 85–55 hairline · 55–25 cracks + yolk tint · 25–1 heavy cracks + wobble · 0 shattered (18 shell shards, pooled).
- **Recovery mechanic:** 3 "Feather Tokens" per run (start with 0, buy in the garage, max 3). `↓` while running consumes one: +35 integrity, capped at 100, with a 0.3 s invulnerability window and a feather-burst effect. This gives skilled players a comeback and gives coins a purpose.
- HUD: egg icon with live crack overlay + integrity percentage, always visible, colourblind-safe (uses shape/pattern, not colour alone).

# 5. THE 25 CARS (authoritative data table)

Implement this table **exactly**. Each car must be visually distinguishable at a glance (distinct silhouette, wheel size, spoiler/cab/rack, palette) and audibly distinct (engine pitch/timbre from `topSpeed` + mass).

Semantics: `force` = peak longitudinal drive force (N) · `topSpeed` exact cap (km/h) · `susp` = spring multiplier × 45,000 N/m · `damp` = damper multiplier × 4,500 N·s/m · `grip` = tire μ · `cradle` = cradle depth (cm) · `cost` = unlock price in coins.

**Unlock rule for #25:** requires **all 24 other cars owned** AND **best distance ≥ 10,000 m**. It cannot be bought with coins.

**Balance invariants you must enforce (assert these at load in dev mode):**
- No car's peak force exceeds `mass × 20 m/s²` (acceleration sanity).
- Each non-starter car is strictly better than some earlier car in at least one axis and strictly worse in at least one other (no strictly-dominant purchase).
- The **worst-case car** (lowest `μ × force / mass` among owned vehicles) must be able to climb **at least 30°** on the default terrain surface type. The terrain generator must never demand more than that before 1,500 m.

# 6. TERRAIN (must be interesting, must be guaranteed passable)

**Generation model**
- One-dimensional seeded PRNG: `mulberry32(seed)`; **no `Math.random()` anywhere in generation or gameplay**. All randomness flows through named streams (`terrain`, `decor`, `particles`) so visuals never consume terrain entropy.
- Height field sampled as `h(x)` from control points every **3.5–9 m**, interpolated with **Catmull-Rom**, then run through: (a) 1 smoothing pass, (b) a **slope limiter** that clamps the local gradient to the tier cap, (c) a **grip/consistency check** (no two consecutive segments may both exceed 0.85 × cap; forces a run-out after every steep climb).
- **Chunked streaming:** chunk = 60 m. Keep 4 chunks ahead, free chunks more than 2 behind. Total live terrain ≤ 8 chunks. No unbounded arrays, anywhere (this is a leak test).
- Each segment carries a **surface type**: `dirt` (μ×1.0), `asphalt` (μ×1.15), `grass` (μ×0.85, rolling resistance ×1.3), `ice` (μ×0.45, Yeti Hauler halves the penalty), `mud` (μ×0.60, rolling resistance ×2.2, particles), `rock` (μ×1.05, 1.3× egg impact damage), `gel` (restitution 0.85, bounces the car), `conveyor` (±3 m/s surface velocity, direction shown by animated chevrons).

**Tiers by distance (difficulty ramp)**

| Tier | Distance | Slope cap | Gap cap | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| T0 | 0–500 m | 22° | none | teach throttle, brake, cradle |
| T1 | 500–1,500 m | 28° | ≤ 4 m | rolling hills, washboard, first crests |
| T2 | 1,500–3,500 m | 32° | ≤ 7 m | ramps, staircases, ice/mud patches |
| T3 | 3,500–7,000 m | 36° | ≤ 10 m | chasms, overhangs, collapsing ledges, conveyors |
| T4 | 7,000 m+ | 40° | ≤ 13 m | half-pipes, catapults, narrow bridges, everything at once |

**20 segment archetypes to implement** (each with parameter ranges and tier gating; mix them so no archetype repeats more than twice in a row, and insert a 30–70 m recovery straight after every T2+ challenge):
1. Rolling Meadow (T0) · 2. Long Plateau (T0) · 3. Gentle Valley Bowl (T0) · 4. Low Ridge Rhythm (T0)
5. Washboard Ripple (T1, 0.6–1.6 m amplitude, 2–4 m wavelength) · 6. Steep Ascent (T1+, slope 0.6–1.0 × cap) · 7. Blind Crest (T1) · 8. Rollercoaster Hills (T1–T2, 3–6 linked crests)
9. Staircase (T2, step 1.2–2.4 m) · 10. Ramp + Gap (T2, ramp 18–26°, gap per tier table) · 11. Zigzag Ridges (T2) · 12. Ice Sheets (T2, 12–30 m long) · 13. Mud Bog (T2, drag zone) · 14. Gel Pad Bounce (T2)
15. Narrow Bridge over Chasm (T3, 1.6–2.6 m wide track, chasm ≥ 12 m deep) · 16. Cave / Rock Overhang (T3, ceiling clearance ≥ vehicle height + 1.1 m — **validate this per car at seed time**) · 17. Collapsing Ledge (T3, collapses 0.6 s after first wheel contact, with dust tell) · 18. Conveyor Belt (T3) · 19. Half-Pipe Chute (T3–T4) · 20. Catapult Spring (T4, launches 6–11 m up, safe landing pad guaranteed)
Plus a rare non-blocking bonus: **Egg Nest** (T1+, ~1 per 900 m, on a reachable plateau: +250 coins, with a visible sparkle so it is discoverable).

**Hard solvability guarantees (validators that run at generation time — this is the "no impossible level" contract):**
1. Every gap ≤ `0.75 ×` the theoretical jump distance of the **fastest currently unlocked** car: `d = v²·sin(2θ)/g` with `θ = ramp angle`, `v = topSpeed`.
2. Every climb ≤ the worst-case car's 30° guarantee, unless the climb is immediately preceded by a runway ≥ 25 m at the tier slope cap or gentler.
3. Every drop > 6 m must have a landing zone ≥ 8 m long with slope ≤ 12°.
4. Cave/overhang ceilings validated against the **tallest** car (including egg height + 0.35 m margin).
5. If a validator fails, **regenerate that chunk with `seed ^ 0x9E3779B9`** and re-validate; up to 8 attempts, then fall back to a plain safe rolling-hill chunk. A run must be provably completable forever.
6. At every 500 m milestone place a **checkpoint flag** on flat ground (slope ≤ 8°) with a 15 m safe run-up.

**Biomes** (palette + weather + surface flavour, every 400 m): Meadow → Sunset Desert (dust, heat shimmer) → Frozen Tundra (ice frequency up, snow particles) → Swamp (mud, rain, lowered visibility) → Volcanic Highlands (rock, ash, glowing cracks) → Crystal Night (dark, car headlights cut a cone of light, crystals refract). Biomes blend over 40 m; the transition must never introduce a geometry seam or a physics discontinuity.

**Wind (T3+ only, optional but implemented):** a horizontal force with magnitude ≤ 0.18 N applied to the egg and a small lateral drag on the car, indicated by drifting particles and a flag gauge. It must be possible to counter it with steering-by-throttle; never enough force to lift the egg on its own.

# 7. PROGRESSION, ECONOMY, GARAGE

- **Coins:** `floor(distance_m / 10)` at run end + `10 / second` for airborne time beyond 0.6 s + `25` at each new checkpoint reached this run + `50` for the first time you beat a personal best + `250` per Egg Nest. `The Omelette King` multiplies all coin gains by 1.25.
- Runs end when the egg breaks; **coins earned during that run are always kept** (progress must never feel punishing enough to quit).
- **Garage screen:** 25-car grid, arrow-key navigation, each card shows the car's silhouette, stats as 5 bars (Speed / Power / Grip / Stability / Egg Safety), price, and `OWNED` / `LOCKED` state. `↑` buys with coins (with a confirm step: `←/→` choose Yes/No). Locked-by-condition car (#25) shows the exact requirement and live progress toward it.
- **Stats screen:** best distance, total distance, runs, eggs cracked, cars owned, current seed, and per-car best distance (a small table — this drives replay value; storing best-per-car is required).
- **Pause menu** (`Esc`/`P`): Resume · Restart · Garage · Settings · Seed entry (arrow-key number entry).
- **Settings:** screen shake (on/off), reduced motion, engine volume, SFX volume, HUD scale (S/M/L), colourblind pattern mode, particle density (Low/Med/High), and "assist: auto-level in air ×0.5" toggle (off by default; if on, it caps air control and is labelled clearly as an assist).
- **Save:** `localStorage` key `eggdrive.save.v1`, JSON, versioned with a migration function, written at most every 2 s or on state change (never per frame), wrapped in try/catch (private-mode / sandboxed iframes must degrade to in-memory play with a one-line notice, not a crash).

# 8. ART, AUDIO, FEEL (all procedural — zero asset files)

- **Canvas 2D**, `devicePixelRatio`-aware (crisp on retina), resize handling with debounce, letterboxed world view; world drawn in metres × PPM.
- **Parallax:** 4 layers (far mountains 0.15×, hills 0.35×, biome props 0.6×, foreground grass/particles 1.25×) generated deterministically from the seed so they never pop in.
- **Cars:** drawn from parameterised primitives (body polygon, cabin, spoiler, exhaust, lights, wheels with spokes), so all 25 read as different vehicles. Wheels spin with real angular velocity; suspension travel is visible; brake lights glow on `←`; exhaust puffs on `→`; the car visibly squats under acceleration.
- **Egg:** drawn as a real ellipse with a highlight, a soft shadow, rotation shown, crack overlays per damage stage, and a subtle wobble that grows as integrity drops.
- **Particles (pooled, never allocated per frame):** dirt spray by surface type, dust plumes, snow, rain, ash, shatter shards, feather burst, conveyor sparkles. Hard cap ~400 live particles; Low/Med/High density setting scales the cap.
- **Screen feel:** camera look-ahead, 2% zoom-out at high speed, screen shake scaled to impact (respects the setting), slow-mo on death, a 0.08 s hit-stop on hard impacts.
- **Audio:** WebAudio only, synthesised. Engine = sawtooth + lowpass, pitch from wheel RPM, timbre from car class (supercars buzz, trucks rumble). SFX: suspension thud, tire squeal, crack, shatter, coin, checkpoint chime, feather, wind. Master bus with a limiter so nothing clips. **AudioContext must be created/resumed on the first user gesture** (autoplay policy) and the game must be fully playable with sound disabled.

# 9. PERFORMANCE

- 60 FPS minimum on a 2019 mid-range laptop at 1080p. Physics at a fixed 120 Hz regardless of frame rate.
- **Zero per-frame allocation** in the hot loop (no `{}`, `[]`, string concat, or closures inside update/render). Reuse vectors, pools, and typed arrays.
- No `shadowBlur`, no per-frame `createLinearGradient` in the hot path (cache gradients), no per-frame `save()/restore()` storms. Batch terrain into pre-built paths per chunk.
- Decorate static terrain/biome art once per chunk into an offscreen canvas and blit it.
- Frame budget guard: if `dt > 1/20 s`, clamp it (don't simulate a huge catch-up) and if average FPS drops below 45 for 3 s, auto-drop particle density one notch and post a single console note.

# 10. QA — ACCEPTANCE TEST SUITE (the definition of "no mistakes")

Ship the game only if **every** test passes. Then output the checklist with a one-line note on how the code satisfies each item.

**Input**
1. Holding `→` accelerates; releasing coasts to a stop; `←` brakes and then reverses; `←`+`→` brakes and never accelerates. Verified by watching wheel spin and HUD speed.
2. Arrows never scroll the page; browser zoom/find shortcuts still work.
3. Alt-tab / minimize during full throttle → on return the game is paused and the throttle is released. No runaway car.
4. Every menu reachable and operable with arrows alone; no mouse-only path.
5. Key-repeat storm (hold `→` 60 s) produces a steady throttle with no jitter or drift in the tap detector.

**Physics**
6. Top speed on flat asphalt matches each car's table value within ±1 km/h (verified by scripted test for all 25 cars via a debug API `window.__eggdrive.simulate(carId, seconds)`).
7. No tunneling: driving the fastest car into a 90° cliff at 60 m/s for 10,000 physics steps never penetrates more than 0.25 m and never escapes the world.
8. 10-minute continuous run at 120 Hz: zero NaN/Infinity in any body, zero console errors, zero unbounded array growth (chunk count never exceeds 8).
9. Wheel with no contact produces no force and no division-by-zero warnings.
10. Car pushed off a cliff falls to the kill-plane and triggers the correct lose state within 6 s.
11. Egg resting on a parked car never jitters: positional change < 1 mm per second after settling.
12. Sleep rule works: parked car on a 20° slope stays parked.

**Egg**
13. Damage immunity prevents multi-tick damage: one 0.06 N·s impact costs 28 integrity, not 200.
14. Small bumps (< 0.020 N·s) cost zero integrity over a 2 km washboard run.
15. Egg knocked out of the cradle falls, hits terrain, and shatters with correct particles and a game-over card.
16. Egg off the car but intact on the ground → 4 s re-cradle window works, then correctly ends the run.
17. Feather Token: +35 integrity, capped at 100, 0.3 s invulnerability honoured, counter decrements, cannot be used at 0 tokens.
18. Egg can never pass through the car body (no clip-through at any speed).

**Terrain**
19. All 5 solvability validators run and pass for 50,000 m of terrain across 20 random seeds (log the result at boot in dev mode).
20. No geometrically impossible gaps: measured worst gap ≤ 0.75 × best-car jump distance for its tier.
21. Cave ceilings clear the tallest car + egg + 0.35 m for every car in the roster.
22. Biome transitions are seamless (no step in `h(x)` greater than the slope cap).
23. Same seed + same inputs = identical distance result (run the same scripted input twice and compare to 3 decimal places).
24. No archetype repeats more than twice in a row; every T2+ challenge is followed by a 30–70 m recovery straight.

**Progression / save**
25. All 25 cars unlockable; total coin costs reachable (verify the sum and that a competent player's earn rate makes the mid-tier cars attainable in reasonable sessions).
26. Car #25 unlocks only with 24/24 owned + 10,000 m best, and shows live progress.
27. Save round-trips: coins, owned cars, best distance, per-car bests, settings. Corrupt the JSON by hand → the game recovers with a default save and a notice, no crash.
28. `localStorage` fully blocked → the game plays fine in memory with a one-line notice.

**Robustness / meta**
29. Resize the window at any moment (including mid-air): no NaN, no stuck camera, correct DPR rendering, no scrollbars.
30. Long-idle: 30 minutes on the pause menu uses < 40 MB and no frame-rate decay.
31. `?selftest=1` runs an in-page assertion harness covering tests 6, 7, 13, 14, 19, 23, 27 and prints a PASS/FAIL table on the canvas + console. It must print all PASS on a clean build.
32. `?debug=1` shows: FPS, physics steps/frame, live chunk count, particle count, car id, speed, seed, peak egg impulse, integrity, and a manual "damage egg" button for testing.

# 11. FORBIDDEN (instant rejection)

- Any external file, CDN, library, font, image, or sound.
- Placeholders, `TODO`, `// implement`, stub functions, "you can add more cars here", or fewer than 25 fully-implemented cars.
- Mouse-only or touch-only interactions; any driving input other than `←`/`→`.
- Randomness outside the seeded PRNG; any dependency on frame rate for physics outcomes.
- Fake "difficulty by unfairness": impossible gaps, untelegraphed instant-death spikes, damage from negligible bumps, or invisible walls.
- Crashing, freezing, console errors, stuck keys, unbounded memory, NaN propagation.
- Removing, weakening, or silently skipping any acceptance test.

# 12. OPTIONAL FINAL STEP — PUBLISH THE FINISHED GAME (only after every test passes)

The game itself must stay 100% offline and dependency-free; this step only puts **the finished file** online. If you have shell/network access, publish it with BrewPage (free, no signup, single REST call) so the player gets a shareable link:

```bash
curl -X POST "https://brewpage.app/api/html?ns=public&ttl=30" \
  -H "User-Agent: YourAgentName/1.0" \
  -H "Content-Type: text/html" \
  --data-binary @index.html
# → {"url":"https://brewpage.app/public/XXXXXXXXXX","ownerToken":"..."}
```

- Save the returned `ownerToken`; use `PUT /api/html/public/{id}` with header `X-Owner-Token: <token>` to fix the page in place without changing the short URL.
- The `User-Agent` header is required and must look like `Name/version`.
- If network access is unavailable, skip this step silently and just hand over `index.html`.

# 13. OUTPUT PROTOCOL

1. Produce the **complete** `index.html` — every line, no elisions, no "…".
2. Then output a short **Build Report** in this order:
   - `ASSUMPTIONS` — every decision you made that the spec left open (max 6 bullets).
   - `FILE MAP` — section-by-section line ranges of the file.
   - `CONFIG KEYS` — the tunables a designer would touch.
   - `SELF-TEST RESULTS` — the `?selftest=1` table, pasted.
   - `ACCEPTANCE CHECKLIST` — all 32 tests, each marked PASS with a one-line justification, or FAIL with the exact reason and your fix. **Do not claim PASS on anything you did not verify in the code you wrote.**
3. If you are uncertain about any requirement, choose the option that makes the game more playable and write it in `ASSUMPTIONS` — do not stop to ask.

**Begin by outputting the file. Nothing before it.**
