How Does It Work?
The concept was first proposed by nutritionists Evelyn Tribole and Elyse Resch: intuitive eating is eating when you are hungry and stopping when you are full. It’s about not labelling foods “good” or “bad”, and avoiding strict plans or restriction.
The idea is to trust your body and make your own healthy choices.
