About This Dashboard
SLP-PULSE — Dashboard Briefer
SLP-PULSE stands for Program Utilization & Livelihood Status Engine — a live, filterable monitoring system for SLP Association-funded projects across the five provinces of Caraga Region, built on the full CY2023–2026 Project Data ledger (1,848 records). Each letter reflects what the dashboard tracks:
Use the filter bar below to narrow by fiscal year or fund source; province-level detail is available in the Geography & Individuals tab, and by clicking any province name there.

SLPA Project Status — by Province & by Year
All fund sources combined · reflects the Fiscal Year, Fund Source, Phase, Modality, Province & Municipality filters above
"Operational" and "Closed" reflect the SLPA's own current operating status as recorded in the source ledger — a separate field from utilization or liquidation status. Projects with no status on file are grouped as "Not Recorded" rather than assumed operational. The Overall Operational Rate shown in the header is the simple average of the SLPA rate (Operational ÷ all SLPA projects, including those not yet recorded) and the equivalent SLPI rate for Individual beneficiaries — not a pooled/weighted rate across all projects. The three rightmost columns are the financial equivalent — total grant allocated to Operational vs. Closed projects, so the count breakdown can be read alongside the peso amounts it represents.
Program Status
SLPI Project Status — by Province & by Year
All fund sources combined · reflects the Fiscal Year, Fund Source, Phase, Modality, Province & Municipality filters above
Individual (SLPI) beneficiaries, one row per member. "Operational" and "Closed" reflect each individual's own current operating status as recorded in the source ledger; individuals with no status on file are grouped as "Not Recorded" rather than assumed operational. The chart compares the Operational Rate side by side across provinces, one bar per fiscal year.
Each fund source below (SLP Regular, EO 70, PAMANA, Zero Hunger) also has its own Operational Status summary — by Province and by Fiscal Year — for both SLPA and SLPI tracks. Nothing here is pooled across fund sources. Tables reflect the Fiscal Year, Phase, Modality, Province & Municipality filters above (the Fund Source filter itself is ignored on this page since every source is already broken out separately).

Key Vulnerable Sector Categories
Physical = beneficiaries served per group (additive — a member may belong to more than one group). Financial = total grant Allocated → Utilized for every project carrying at least one member of that group (program-level context, not a per-head disbursement — a project spanning several groups counts under each).

Per-Province Distribution — Reach & Fund Utilization
Geographic breakdown across the five Caraga provinces
Counts of association members belonging to each vulnerable/sectoral group, as recorded per project in the source ledger: Indigenous Peoples (IPs), Senior Citizens, Solo Parents, Persons with Disability (PWD), Former Drug Dependents, Out-of-School Youth (OSY), Former Rebels (FR), Overseas Filipino Workers (OFW), Internally Displaced Persons (IDP), and LGBTQ+. The source ledger's tracked categories have changed across updates — KIA is no longer a field; LGBTQ+ has returned as a tracked column but currently shows zero across all 1,848 projects (tracked, none recorded yet, not the same as untracked). A member may be counted under more than one group; totals are additive per group, not deduplicated headcounts of unique people. "Amount" is the grant Utilized for every project carrying at least one member of that group in that year/province — program-level financial context per sector, not a per-head disbursement; a project spanning several groups counts its amount under each.

"Household Served" is the count of association members recorded as IP for that group; "Amount Funded" (Per Province / Per Year tables) is the corresponding Utilized grant for every project carrying at least one IP member of that group in that province/year — program-level context, not a per-head disbursement; a project spanning several groups counts under each.

Community Mobilization Fund (CMF) — Physical & Financial Summary by Province
Reflects filters above
CMF is a distinct modality (264 projects, all FY2026) separate from SCF/PDAG/PDDG, paid out directly to individual pax rather than through an association enterprise. "Total Served" is the pax count per project; "Amount Payout" is the amount actually disbursed (Grant Utilized); "No. Unclaimed" and "Amount Unclaimed" come from the ledger's dedicated CMF unclaimed-tracking fields — pax who were due a payout but have not yet claimed it.
Summary Report
Bank Details — Grant Deposited by Province & Year
Reflects filters above
Every project is counted under its recorded bank name regardless of whether an account number or branch address was captured for it — those two fields are excluded from this view (and from the dashboard entirely) for privacy. As of this update, 1,523 of 1,848 projects (82.4%) have a bank name on file — the remaining 325 are mostly newer FY2026 entries not yet backfilled with banking details. Similarly-named entries (e.g. "Enterprise Bank" vs. "Enterprise Bank, Inc.", "Landbank" vs. "Land Bank of the Philippines") have been merged into one row per bank.

Liquidation Submitted at RPMO Level — by Province & by Year
Reflects the Fiscal Year, Fund Source, Phase, Modality, Province & Municipality filters above
"Submitted at RPMO Level" counts projects with a recorded Date of Liquidation Submitted and sums the ledger's Amount Liquidated field — the first-stage liquidation review, ahead of and separate from the later COA submission tracked below.
Audit & Compliance
Common Findings — Liquidation Submitted at RPMO Level
Reflects the Fiscal Year, Fund Source, Phase, Modality, Province & Municipality filters above
Findings are grouped from the ledger's free-text Liquidation Remarks field — the audit notes RPMO reviewers attach when a project's liquidation packet is incomplete, which is what holds up its eventual submission to COA. Each flagged project carries one remark and counts toward exactly one category above.
Audit & Compliance
Liquidation Submitted to COA — by Province & by Year
Reflects the Fiscal Year, Fund Source, Phase, Modality, Province & Municipality filters above
"Submitted to COA" counts projects with a recorded Date of Liquidation Submitted to COA, using the ledger's own Amount Liquidated to COA field for the peso figures — a distinct, later milestone than simply being marked "Liquidated" internally. As of this update, 674 of 1,848 projects (36.5%) have a COA submission on file, totaling ₱290.9M submitted against ₱656.9M in total fund allocation across those same province/year groups (the % of Fund Allocation column). A low percentage does not necessarily mean a problem — many projects are still within their implementation window and not yet due for COA submission.

Reflects the Fiscal Year, Fund Source, Phase, Modality, Province & Municipality filters above
This is the overall liquidation picture — "Liquidated" vs. "Unliquidated" as recorded per project, with the corresponding amount liquidated. Use this for the big-picture status; the RPMO and COA panels above break the later, more specific submission milestones out separately.
