1 What's the difference?

In English we often use make or do with certain nouns. These are called collocations — words that “go together” naturally.

🟢 MAKE — usually when we create or produce something new, or talk about decisions, plans, mistakes, noise, money, progress, friends…
🟡 DO — usually when we talk about work, tasks, activities, studies, or fixed expressions like “do well / do your best / do the shopping”.
