Are your treatments safe for my kids and pets?
Yes — that's a founding principle of the company. Greenhouse uses eco-smart, pet- and kid-considerate products, and places bait in cabinets, voids, and other targeted spots rather than broadcasting chemicals where your family lives. Your tech will tell you exactly what was applied and any short wait times.
What if I see pests between quarterly visits?
Call us. Greenhouse guarantees its work — if pests come back between scheduled visits, we return and re-treat at no charge.
What does the Sentricon® system do for termites?
Sentricon stations are installed around your home's foundation. Termites prefer the bait to wood, carry it back to the colony, and the colony is eliminated — giving you both treatment and ongoing prevention for subterranean termites, with regular station checks and refills.
Why do ants get worse after it rains?
Rain floods ant colonies and pushes them to higher, drier ground — often your kitchen. Damp conditions also attract moisture-loving carpenter ants, which can damage wet wood. Sealing entry points and a maintained exterior barrier are the best defense during Florida's rainy season.
