4. H2ICE 同时受到法规和船舶新应用拉动。H2ICE is being pulled by both regulation and new marine applications.

Between contract signing and commissioning, electrolyzers still go through factory testing, system integration, site acceptance, O&M ramp-up and warranty-period validation. If consistency, durability or field data is weak at any stage, issues may surface at the customer site and become service-cost and reputation risks. The point is not that orders are negative, but that testing, acceptance and traceable data should be positioned earlier in customer conversations.
