Los Angeles · Commercial Electrical Contractor
Since 2021, Elite Build Electric has delivered commercial electrical work for Costco, Trader Joe's, BAE Systems, La Brea Bakery, and Southern California's most demanding food producers. Today, three dedicated crews bring that same standard to retail, restaurant, office, and health & beauty projects across the greater Los Angeles metro.
Companies that have trusted our work
01 / Track Record
The names above aren't decoration — each one taught us a discipline that follows our crews onto every jobsite.
Food Production & Cold Chain
Alta Dena, Del Real Foods, West Coast Prime Meats, La Brea Bakery. These are washdown environments, USDA-inspected floors, and production lines that cannot stop. We've run power, controls, and lighting in facilities where a missed shutdown window costs a full day of production — and that discipline follows our crews onto every jobsite.
National Retail
Costco and Trader Joe's don't hand work to a contractor twice if it goes badly the first time. Working inside their programs taught us prototype discipline: build to the standard, document everything, close out clean.
Aerospace & Industrial
BAE Systems work means a real safety culture, background-checked crews, and documentation most commercial subs have never produced. Your PM feels the difference in our RFIs, our as-builts, and our daily reports.
02 / Multi-Unit Rollout Programs
Retail, restaurant, and health & beauty concepts are opening locations across the LA basin faster than most subs can staff them — and the GCs winning those programs are the ones whose electricians can repeat a prototype without relearning it each time. Elite Build structures its crews around exactly this kind of work: same foreman, same submittal package, same pre-fab approach, location after location.
The expansion wave we're built for includes concepts like:
Bidding one of these programs? We'll price the prototype once and carry that pricing across every location you're awarded.
Add Us to Your Bid List03 / Project Types
Ground-up and first-generation tenant improvements, from underground rough-in through fixture trim and energization.
Second-generation space, occupied buildings, phased construction that works around a tenant's business hours.
Lighting, fixture power, and signage packages repeated across multiple locations on a rollout calendar.
Equipment power, motor controls, and washdown-rated installations in USDA and FDA environments — including tightly windowed shutdown work.
Power and data pathways, Title 24 lighting controls, conference and huddle-room infrastructure.
Med-spas, salons, dental and wellness suites, fitness studios — dedicated equipment circuits and finish-grade installation in customer-facing space.
04 / Crews & Capacity
Elite Build fields three dedicated, foreman-led crews — fourteen electricians in total — across the greater Los Angeles metro. We're deliberately sized: large enough to run three projects at full speed, small enough that our principals still walk your job. Every crew is accustomed to occupied-space work, overnight windows, and jobsites where the documentation matters as much as the conduit.
05 / For General Contractors
Send an ITB and you'll get an acknowledgment the same day and a complete, scoped proposal by your due date — inclusions, exclusions, and alternates spelled out so leveling is straightforward. If our number is high, ask us why; there's usually scope behind it worth comparing.
Same-day callbacks. Schedule risks flagged early, not hidden. Change orders priced fairly, submitted promptly, and never worked without written direction.
As-builts, O&Ms, panel schedules, and warranty letters delivered without being chased. Our BAE and food-production background set our documentation habits — your closeout binder benefits.

06 / About
Elite Build Electric was founded in 2021 by field foremen who came up through Southern California's industrial and food-production jobsites — the kind of contractors who believe the client list is the résumé. We earned our reputation in some of the least forgiving environments in commercial construction: production floors that can't stop, national retailers that audit everything, and aerospace facilities where paperwork is part of the craft.
Five years and more than 130 completed projects later, that's the standard we bring to every retail buildout, restaurant TI, office interior, and wellness suite we touch.
