The Situation

HR wants a new HRIS. But the new ERP system is expensive and needs training. HR想要一个新的人力资源信息系统。但是新的ERP系统很贵，而且需要培训。

How to play (怎么玩)

1. Pair up: One student is the HR Manager. One student is the IT Manager.

  • We make many mistakes with payroll and attendance. 我们在工资和考勤上犯了很多错误。
  • Employee turnover is high because people are angry about their pay. 员工离职率很高，因为大家对工资很不满。

  • The new ERP vendor wants $90,000. 新的ERP供应商要价9万美元。
  • Our budget is only $80,000. We do not have enough money. 我们的预算只有8万美元。我们没有足够的钱。
