## Step-by-step (buyer)

1. Open a wallet that supports **Base** (e.g. Coinbase Wallet, MetaMask with Base network added, Rabby, etc.).
2. Ensure you have:
   - **USDC on Base** ≥ order amount, and
   - a little **ETH on Base** for gas.
3. Send **USDC** (token transfer) on **Base** to:

4. Wait for confirmation (usually < 1 minute on Base).
5. Copy the **transaction hash** (tx hash / txn hash).
6. Send to the seller contact path:

7. Work starts **after** on-chain confirmation is verified. SLA clock (≤48h for Snapshot) starts at confirmed intake + payment.

## Refunds / mistakes
