Kraken Prop / Breakout: a documented customer dispute
This is my personal customer account. I paid $696 for two evaluations and dispute the simulated execution results and rejected refund requests. The published correspondence describes OKX-referenced simulated execution, modeled spread and market-impact adjustments, a corrected earlier explanation, and withheld proprietary calculations.
My allegation of deliberate skewing is a personal conclusion, not a judicial finding or company admission. Selected comparisons include adverse examples and a favorable BCH example; differences alone do not establish intent or additional cash losses. The redacted AAA acknowledgment confirms filing receipt only, not commencement of arbitration.
