Carl Marshall
Founder, community advocate, and mentor
Carl Marshall is a Memphis native whose commitment to men and families is rooted in his own story. Raised in an urban Memphis community by a single mother and without his father in the home, he understands how deeply consistent guidance and positive examples can shape a young man’s future.
His grassroots experience includes working with males in inner-city communities and encouraging them toward lives marked by purpose, responsibility, and strong values. The Word of God is central to his approach to leadership, mentoring, and service.
As Executive Director, Carl leads The Brothers Network in building relationships among organizations that support men and in creating opportunities for those organizations to learn, collaborate, and expand their impact.
