FinishMark: Job Reports
Job checklist + before/after PDF proof for cleaners, detailers, and handymen.
FinishMark is an iPhone app for solo cleaners, auto detailers, and handymen who need job proof without another cloud login.
On site, open a job, tick a checklist, add notes, and capture up to 12 before/after photos. When the work is done, the customer types their name to approve. FinishMark builds a clean PDF you can share by email, Messages, or Files, even with no signal.
- Checklist, photos, notes, and typed customer approval in one PDF
- Works offline. No account. Data stays on the device
- Completed reports lock so the approved record does not change
- First 3 completed reports free. FinishMark Pro is $7.99/mo or $89.99/yr through Apple
