Your files stay with you.

Files, messages, ingredients, names and bill items entered into a task are processed on your device. They are not uploaded to us. You do not need an account. The page loads its scripts and styles from this site; there are no advertising or outside analytics scripts.

What we receive about visits

We record which task was visited, started, finished or failed, and a source label or the referring site's domain. We do not record your files, filenames, task inputs, full referring links or page query strings.

Random identifiers stored in your browser help us recognise return visits without an account. Clearing your browser storage resets them. These records do not prove that a visit came from a real person or that anyone made a payment.

If you send us a message

The optional feedback form sends only the category you choose and the message you deliberately write. Please leave out private records, passwords and customer information. A suggestion for a paid feature is feedback, not an order. There is currently no checkout or subscription. The help page lets you send a problem and return to a private link to see its status and reply. The message and reply are stored on our service. Anyone with that link can read them, so save it privately and do not post it. Do not send passwords or private customer data. We cannot recover a lost link.

How long records are kept

Usage records, feedback and private help requests are deleted on an hourly cleanup schedule before 90 days. Local operations copies exclude expired records and are cleared on each operations run; local copies can remain while that machine is offline. A service failure can delay deletion and is checked during operations. Automated test receipts contain only an ID, task, endpoint and time; they are excluded from usage and feedback totals and deleted before one day by the same schedule. Test help requests and their replies follow this one-day policy. The hosting provider may also keep normal page-request logs under its policies. We do not retain selected files.

Check the result before using it

Keep your original files. Each task explains the formats and sizes it supports and what it cannot do. Check important output against your original. Combining PDF pages does not preserve digital signatures, bookmarks or interactive forms. Searching a WhatsApp export cannot restore missing chats or media. Scaling ingredients does not adjust cooking time, temperature or technique.
