How it is worked
- Utilisation = billable hours ÷ available hours × 100.
- Unused hours = available − billable. If billable is higher, the unused figures are negative (over the hours you marked available).
- Unused days = unused hours ÷ the day length you typed.
- This is arithmetic on your numbers. It is not a target and not employment or tax advice.
